Servicing
General pricing for basic service, without parts. Excluding sharpening. (Minimum labour is $30, depending on what required, prices are generally for a "normal" service). We also offer the First Service Free* with new purchases.
Blowers, Grass Trimmers & Brushcutters, Chainsaws, Hedge Trimmers and more
Avg: $71 labour - plus parts & consumables required. Excludes Sharpening.
Lawn Mowers, Water Pumps, Generators and more
Avg: $101 labour - plus parts & consumables required.
Ride-on and Zero-Turns
Avg: $251 labour - plus parts & consumables required for general service and check. *Consideration, when servicing larger equipment, the cost of blades, belts and pullys. An average "full service" of the entire machine, including these parts if they are needed, can be approximately $400 - $500 or more, depending on what required. Always try to clean and maintain the deck and pully system, as it's usually the most common consumable that can be mitigated.
Repairs and Sharpening

Repairs on Handheld, Lawn Mowers and Ride-Ons
Quote fee of $50. This is repairing something that isn't working already and requires time to diagnose and repair. Minimum labour $30, 15 mins intervals, $120 per hour.
Chainsaw Chain Sharpen - Standard
$20 each chain off the Saw. $23.50 on the Saw. Tungsten $30, $34.50 respectively.
Cylinder Mower Reels and Blades
$3.85 per inch plus, replacement Bed Knife/Bar Blade if needed.
Please Note.
We cannot service, John Deer, Honda or Husqvarna as we are not a registered dealer for these brands. We can still get some parts or aftermarket accessories, but you are better off taking it to an approved dealer. We also cannot service Ryobi, Ozito or any common/uncommon brand from Bunnings, unless it is either Toro, Victa, Masport or has a Briggs and Stratton engine, or is a brand we supply.
However - We can usually service most other brands, such as Shindaiwa, Echo, McCulloch, MTD, Rover etc. Give us a call to check with us if your unsure. Deliver and Pick up: $69 each way for Ride-on, Zero-Turns and large/awkward equipment.
*Includes all brands. We assemble, test, and demonstrate all equipment to you.

No, you shouldn't.
The reason for this, blades can get damaged and chip over time, when sharpening you can create an in-balance and/or damage, fracture the metal. This can lead to severe vibrations and failure of the blades or mower while in use.
Which is why all manufacturers will recommend replacing the parts that spin at very high RMP, with new parts that are correctly manufactured and suited to your machine.
We can provide this service if the blades are off a very old, rare machine or unable to be replaced for one reason or another upon your agreement and signing a waiver. However for 99% of all cases you SHOULD replace your mower blades every time.
Yes!
We provide sharpening services for anything that can be sharpened, including chainsaw chain, blades, knifes and cylinder mower reels. However, we will usually also replace the “bed knife” or “bottom blade” in a cylinder mower. The fixed blade that works with the rotating cylinder to cut the grass.
As a Stihl Dealer, all Stihl products come pre-assembled, tested and run, then demonstrated to you upon delivery. This is a service offered by all Stihl dealers and is a requirement from Stihl. We also extend this service to all other brands we sell - So you know it correctly assembled and ready to use.
(Some items, such as the Handheld, GTA 26, HSA 26 and ASA 26, will be sold in a box but be demonstrated to you using display stock, where possible | Pressure washers and Vacuums inc.)
Yes we can, we require either full payment or a 20% deposit to order something we don't normally stock.
However, we cannot order parts or products from brand when we are not a dealer. We cannot order or generally, repair or service John Deer, Honda or Husqvarna, as we normally cannot order parts.
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds MUST be refunded to the same card or payment method. E.g We cannot refund a Visa Gift Card to an EFTPOS card. (This is a requirement of the banking institutions). AfterPay or Zip, refunded respectively. Refunds are processed either upon return or within 5-7 business days, if direct deposit.
