Servicing and repairs for engines, handheld equipment, lawn mowers, zero-turns and ride‑ons, serviced by our STIHL Master Technicians. We are also an authorised Briggs & Stratton Service Centre.
We also stock a wide range of genuine and aftermarket spare parts to keep your equipment running reliably, with sharpening services available for chainsaw chain and cylinder mower reels.
A minimum labour charge of $16.50 applies to all servicing and repair work, with labour billed hourly. New ride‑ons, zero‑turns and push mowers include a complimentary First Service. Pricing for standard servicing may vary depending on equipment requirements.

Zero turns and Ride-On's vary more because you're generally doing more than just servicing the engine. for e.g. Blades, belts, deck adjustments, wheels and tyres. A complete service is usually around $550 +/-.
Servicing prices listed are general estimates for a standard service, covering labour only, plus any parts and consumables required.
Every machine is different, so final pricing can vary depending on what needs to be repaired or replaced. If your equipment is in good condition and doesn’t require additional parts, the service cost will usually match the prices shown. If any extra work is needed, we’ll always call you first for approval.
For repair jobs, a $50 quote fee applies to inspect the machine. This covers the time required for inspection and diagnostics, and the fee is refundable if you choose to purchase a new machine when the repair is not economical.

Repairs work & Quotation
A $50 quote fee applies to unusual repair jobs to cover inspection and diagnostics. Labour is charged at $120 per hour in 15‑minute intervals. We will always quote before proceeding with repairs.

Chainsaw Chain Sharpen - Standard
$20 per chain off the saw, or $23.50 on the saw. Tungsten chains are $30 off the saw, or $34.50 on the saw.

Cylinder Mower Reels and Blades
$3.85 per inch plus, replacement Bed Knife/Bar Blade if needed.
Please Note.
We do not service John Deere, Honda or Husqvarna equipment, as we are not registered dealers for these brands. We may be able to source some parts or aftermarket accessories, but in most cases you’ll be better off taking these machines to an approved dealer.
We can service most common and uncommon brands sold through Bunnings, especially if the machine is Toro, Victa, Masport, or powered by a Briggs & Stratton, Kohler or Kawasaki engine.
We may not be able to source parts for Ryobi or very low‑cost, unbranded models.
We can usually service many other reputable brands such as Shindaiwa, Echo, McCulloch, MTD, Rover and similar. If you’re unsure, just give us a call and we’ll let you know whether we can help.
Pickup and delivery is available for ride‑ons, zero‑turns and large or awkward equipment at $69 each way.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sharpen Chainsaw Chain and Cylinder Mower Reels?
Yes!
We provide sharpening services for anything that can be sharpened, including chainsaw chain, blades, knifes and cylinder mower reels. However, we will usually also replace the “bed knife” or “bottom blade” in a cylinder mower. The fixed blade that works with the rotating cylinder to cut the grass.
Will the machine come pre-assembled and ready to use?
As a Stihl Dealer, all Stihl products come pre-assembled, tested and run, then demonstrated to you upon delivery. This is a service offered by all Stihl dealers and is a requirement from Stihl. We also extend this service to all other brands we sell - So you know it correctly assembled and ready to use.
Some items, such as the small battery handhelds like the GTA 26, HSA 26 and ASA 26, will be sold in the box but be demonstrated to you using display stock, where possible | Pressure washers and Vacuums included.
Can you order something in from a Supplier?
Yes, we can order products we don’t normally keep in stock from any brand we sell. These orders require either full payment or a 20% deposit.
We cannot order parts or products from brands we are not authorised dealers for.
Because of this, we generally cannot order, repair or service John Deere, Honda or Husqvarna equipment, as parts are usually unavailable to us.
What is your return policy ?
30‑day returns on unused items with proof of purchase. Refunds must go back to the same payment method. AfterPay/Zip refunded through their platforms.
Change‑of‑mind returns may be approved case‑by‑case when the item is still in new condition.
Warranty issues must be inspected by the manufacturer or our mechanics to confirm the fault. User‑related issues (e.g., old fuel, no oil) are not covered. Refunds or replacements are only issued once the fault is confirmed as a warranty claim.
Warranty & Faulty Product Disclaimer
All warranty claims or suspected faults must be assessed before a refund or replacement can be issued. Products may be returned to the manufacturer for inspection, or assessed by our mechanics to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing fault or the result of user‑related factors such as contaminated fuel, lack of oil, or incorrect operation.
Refunds or replacements for warranty claims can only be provided once the manufacturer and/or our workshop confirms the fault is covered under warranty.
These warranty processes operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
